Ugh I had such a hard time getting motivated this morning. I'm a mom of 3 also, but work full time and alone on the weekends so everything getting done on the weekend is depending on my level of motivation. Idk how many times I've had to hop on to watch a video just to get started! I live in Maine so the kids don't get out of school for another two weeks. Two more weeks of sanity!

I tried to channel my inner Jamie today! I was cleaning for my son's graduation party coming up this weekend. I washed the curtains, cleaned the fridge, dusted, vacuumed and wiped things down. I can get around into wheelchair and do housework for about an hour at a time. I've always worked outside the home, now I'm learning to be a homemaker at my age! I've had a lot going on lately, haven't been able to keep my house clean and organized like it usually is. It really affects my mental health to not be able to keep my house under control. I love seeing morning routines. I’m a Child Nutrition Worker (big name for lunch lady 😉). Today is my official first day of summer break 🙌🙌🙌 I spoiled myself today and slept in. My work schedule is 6:30-2:00 so it’s so hard to work out in the morning. I have to do it when I get home and some days it’s so hard!!! I feel so much better when I do though. Jamie, for working out if u have a notebook you can write down what workouts u will be doing that day how many reps what the weight is that u are using + whatever other details u like. It just helps u stay organized + on top of things + then in the future u can look back through that notebook see everything you’ve accomplished.

Hey Jamie, I'm also a mom and a wife. I'm married to Josh. We have been together for 11 years and married for 8 years which just seems crazy to me! I’m a health care assistant, I’ve six daughters, I work shifts and have 3 days off one week and 4 days the next, so because I do be tired I try to get everything done as efficiently as possible, your tips are great for organising.. thank you 😊

We have 5 weeks of summer holidays for school kids and they usually start mid July to mid/end August. Weather gets warmer now and we have the first few warmer/hotter days. And it is so motivating that sun rises at 5.30 and it doesn‘t get really dark until 9pm 😍

Hey Jamie! My productivity trick is "touch it once". So if I have paper clutter, I won't pick it up and put it down somewhere else. I pick it up and file it (or put it in the back of my planner if I need it soon). If there is a random sock on the floor I (try) to bring it right to the laundry room. I'm in no way perfect about but it does minimize clutter in my house.

However we have an extra latch on the sliding door about 6 feet from the bottom so little ones can’t open it without adult help. Even if it’s unlocked. You might check in to one for your new house. I've been using a c clamp at the very top of our sliders - started doing that when I had to stay 2 steps ahead of my asd son! I also use hook and eye latches on the top of my front and back screen doors when I have the inside doors open.

Hi Jamie, I’ve had SimpliSafe now for over a year and I can truly say I’m very pleased with the whole system. I even convinced my coworkers to purchase it. The only thing that happened to my coworker in the middle of the night was one of the detectors fell off the wall, it was on attached by the adhesive tape and she got woken up by the cops banging on her door. So I do recommend maybe using the nails when you move to the new house. Thanks for all the wonderful encouraging videos, I love them and your family.

Hi Jamie. I'm Alma. I'm a Marine/ ex-truck driver wife and stay at home mom to three grown kids (step-kids) and grandma to two with one on the way. We have one furbaby Robbie. He just recently turned 13. He's going blind and deaf. I suffer from Crohn's and Osteopenia. So you and Amy Darley motivate me so much to clean and do things around my home. We have no summer plans due to our air condition unit breaking a couple months ago and the while thing needs replacing. We live on an extremely extremely tight budget since my hubby's rollover accident. He had in 2009. He's on oxygen 24-7 due to Covid damaging his lungs. Good show I recommend is A Million Little Things. It's so good. My hubby and I love it.

Oh Jamie, I did it. I pulled out the carpet cleaner that has been just sitting. I had paid some one a couple times to clean the carpets but this was my first time. I feel so accomplished, really weird to say but I do. Oh my gosh the carpets look great. I’m going to share something I did which may or may not work for others. I had a really bad pet stain that I rubbed a wet bar of the white Zote over. I let that sit for about 20 minutes then went over that spot a little extra when running the cleaner. It did sud a little but I just went over it more. I had tried it on a shirt that had a bad stain and it worked on that, since I was going to have to throw the shirt away anyway I didn’t have anything to loose. Again I just wet the bar rubbed it over the stain, let it sit for about 15 to 20 min then tossed in the washer. Stain was out and shirt saved. May or not work for others but it did for me. Thanks Jamie for what you do.

Our Summer routine consists of lots of time outdoors doing any and everything we can lol. Enjoying this warmer weather while we can. 🤗😉 thanks for sharing your summer morning routine. That's exactly what I do, I go to bed in my workout clothes and workout as soon as i get up, because if I don't the day is going to get ahead of me with all I have to do and by then I'm too tired to even think about working out lol 😅

Love your videos! Kinda crack me up and kinda makes me jealous when I see productive videos that start at 6 or 7. I work at Walmart in receiving so I get up at 3:30am. I start work at 5, by 7 I usually have done my morning paperwork, unloaded about 7 pallets off a tractor trailer, checked in Coke, Pepsi and RC each having 3 to 6 pallets. Checked in several other vendors, cleaned up the back room and am taking my first break of the day. Fortunately my kids are grown but I did this when they were babies too I just had to include getting them to a sitter.

Loved the morning routine!!! I started making mason jar lunchables for my sons' snacks and i like them too! Also i will precook a pack of hot dogs for them to eat for lunch while im at work a few days a week bc its the first summer they will be alone. Its going well so far but i also call them like 10 times during that day🤣

All i do is get turkey they like and cut it, stack it, and put it in an 8 oz mason jar(you can get a dozen for like 8 or 9 bucks) then I add 2 slices of walmart sharp cheddar that i cut into squares and put those in the jar too. Then you can add pepperonis as well if you want or instead of the turkey. And i give them the store brand of ritz crackers too. If you search Pinterest for them you'll see a neat way of turning a fruitcup upside down on the jar to store the crackers!

Great video as always Jamie! Summer for us southerners starts as soon as the heat comes out which is about April mid April 😆. Once July hits we are ready for it to be over with lol. I love the summer and fall time but the humidity definitely hits hard. Your girls are just too cute! They grow so fast, it's so nice when they get to that stage of playing independently. I need to take notes from you on being healthier it's something I struggle with but I know it takes a lot of self discipline on my part. Once I'm recovered and ready I'm definitely going to get back to working out and toning up. Thank you for always giving so much motivation and just being an encouragement 💕.

It’s like listening to a friend sharing how awesome it is to clean 🧼 and organize:) 🧼🧽🧺🏡 Me again:) I 💗 the idea of u getting a security system, that’s awesome! Idk if you can install specific things in your home 🏡 with the HOA, but I was thinking 🤔 about the 👯 When my daughter was little, she would try the doors as well lol. So we put a key/latch. I think it’s on a chain, but it is higher ⬆️ so little ones cannot reach. I would think any hardware store may have it-just my 2 cents:)
