Seems the more popular a person gets online, the more haters come out spewing nonsense. And sometimes it makes the person give up and quit what they're doing (or at least take it off line). I hope this doesn't happen to Auri. She doesn't deserve any negativity. Some ppl can't handle the fact that others like Auri are honestly kind, giving ppl and the horrible ones feel a need to break them down. I'll never understand that mode of acting. 😢

I can't imagine anyone expecting her to do more. She's already spending hours and hours of her time cleaning houses most people wouldn't touch. She can't be responsible for fixing everything in these people's lives, but having a clean home again is a wonderful start. I appreciate her kindness and generosity.

In response to people saying you should buy new furniture - I feel like the magic in this process is showing how amazing everything looks after JUST a clean! It's the same furniture, same layout but it looks like a completely different house... it's also not about consumerism or spending money, but just about what you can do with your work alone.

Cleaning houses like these usually costs thousands of dollars. Doing it for FREE is already more than enough. Besides, the owners know what they need best and they can buy mattresses or tables or couches or new cutlery if they need any after their houses are clean and everything is organized. What Auri is doing is more than enough. You've been a blessing to so many people and helped them change their lives around ❤

I agree with you. And at least here in Finland you can rent a carpet/textile cleaner for about 50€ for 24 hours. I helped my brother to clean his apartment last year and after cleaning we rented a carpet cleaner and cleaned his sofa, mattress and a large rug. The cleaner did a great job! Even the sofa, which was really dirty, came out almost like new. We were really amazed! My brother had already decided to buy a new sofa, but after we cleaned it, he changed his mind.

I agree! The trolls who complain that she could do more than she's already doing forget that she's not their Mom! These people are ADULTS who are responsible for steam cleaning or replacing their own dirty couches, mattresses, and whatever else THEY destroyed in their homes. Doesn't matter WHY they trashed their place. What matters is that it was ALWAYS their job to fix it, but Auri volunteers to help them for FREE. Sheesh! Smh

Auri, you are helping these people who feel overwhelmed and just can't deal with their situation on their own. I think it's more than generous that you do the cleaning for free and also provide clean bedding when there is none. Even if the mattress needs to be replaced, having a clean place to rest is more important. People need to realize that you are providing a starting point, a place where they can step in and take charge of their lives again. It's up to them to replace mattresses, steam clean their couch and take charge of all that dirty laundry. You can't possibly do every little thing for them, nor can you stick around and hold their hand for them. They just need to see that their homes can be a clean sanctuary again, but it's up to them to maintain it. God bless you for your generosity and kindness.

Auri, I grew up with a genuine hatred for cleaning. From too young my mother set me to chores and then screamed at and berated me for ‘missing a spot’ or ‘you call that clean’ or ‘the dishes are still dirty’. As an adult, keeping my home clean and tidy were chores that I resented Your videos with your energy and joy have transformed me - ESPECIALLY because you can’t do everything. :( I’m so sorry., my mum was like this too. Super angry and high standards and would throw away anything I left on an open surface if she asked me to clean my room, even if it was something she bought for me and I just used it. Separately, I have issues with dishes not being fully cleaned because I have sensory issues and also just standards (sorry), but usually I’ll be like “hey!! I love you but this fork/bowl still has so much rice stuck in it! if u can’t get it off just leave it in water and I’ll get it later” in a positive tone. I wish ppl like our mums knew you could ask for help or for people to do things differently in a kind way, especially children

My mom was only 1 child in her family. She was so spoiled. She was no talent about organizing and cleaning. Reason that I start to clean whole house when I was 10 years old. At 12 years old I was taking care of my baby brother, toddler sister and I was cleaning whole house. Other than cooking, I was doing all works in the house. Every year goes on like that.. Clean whole house..Taking care of kids. I think too much pressure on kid or teenager. Reason that I really don't like my mom not very much. Even she loves me more than everyone. Still I help her and my dad much more than my sister and brothers. I was like cleaning, I still like to do cleaning, organizing just like hobby for me or just life style for me. I don't like to go out, I like just stay home, do cleaning and organizing. Cause of just was life style for me when I was 10 years old till 17 years old. I stop when I started to University. My mom was doing all cleanings, everything. She was wanting I study good in University and get highest education. I did. 😊

Here's one for the cleaners in the room. Glitter. In two separate circumstances I have had to remove glitter from surfaces. Here's the 411 about glitter and WHY it seems to "run away," from whatever product or cloth you might be using to pick it up. In the manufacturing process, and in order to get the color on both sides of the little squares, glitter is electrostatically charged to make the two side stick together. This makes it repel every liquid except...plain water. Yes. The best way to pick up glitter is with a water damp tissue. And Auri, when you read this; the day I criticize your English is the day I can speak Finnish as well as you do English. Until then, hah, forget about it! I love what you do. Best wishes always. Happy Days!

Hi Auri, just wanted to say, its not ur responsibility to buy a new bed & the resident agreed with this. Ur doing a great job by giving the young guy a lovely clean & tidy place to live, now he has a new job & wants to make a go of his life. Its a fresh start for him, literally 😁❤

You are a cleaner! Not a decorator! It is not your responsibility to replace all the furniture and paint the walls, etc. You do all this for free in a small amount of time! Your clients don’t expect you to do EVERYTHING! You are doing great Auri and you are such an inspiration. I love you ❤️

I agree! Cleaning with my mother was a nightmare because everything had to be done precisely the way she wanted it. Even just the silliest little things, like I liked pillows propped up on the bed against the wall to make a sort of daybed set up and she would come in and move them while I was at school. With my own kids I always ask for their input on their spaces and stuff because when they have input they are more likely to take ownership.

Its cheeky/rude for people to say you should buy new mattress and furniture. Your doing a massive clean for free ,which is saving the tenant ALOT of money 🤑 plus giving them a clean home to start again from , the money saved by the tenant usually could buy several mattresses. She cleans as much as possible and brings new sheets, pillowcases and duvet with her and leaves some cleaning supplies that's more than enough and super generous ❤❤❤ all the people she has helped have been more than grateful and I think for anyone to whinge that Auri needs to clean more or buy more furniture is just really obnoxious. You do a brilliant job Auri ❤❤

I just got ahold of your page today for the first time. You do a really great job. It's funny at 66 l don't get as excited about cleaning as much anymore. And l have a suggestion for you and your helpers. At the hardware stores they have an X shaped holder for your trash bags. Mostly sold where they sell lawn mowers, but to hold your bag open while you load it. Big help. I need to get excited again before l have to find a cleaner in my state. Keep going, what you do is truly a gift to people. And your fun to listen to.

Auri, you are in the cleaning business, not home restoration!!! When I started watching you I was already surprised that you bought people new bed linen. I thought that was such a special personal touch!! Beds, mattresses and other furniture is the home owner's own responsibility. You are just wonderful and I love you ❤ Greetings from South Africa

I have to admit, I was one of those who thought "why did she not do that and she missed that" But after seeing your video of the behind the scenes, to get all the camera angles and having to clean certain things first to get all the amazing shots. After seeing all that goes into that, I am totally AMAZED by what you get done. I have always thought it's alot of work to film, but I had honestly no idea. It's ALOT of hard work! You truly are awesome and should be proud of yourself. Thank you for all the hard work and amazing videos!

So glad you do this for people. I was almost in a place where I needed you for a house with an ex but I ended up tackling it myself right before I left to start anew. I haven’t let things build up since leaving and have gradually tackled most of my hoarding hoards (workin on papers to sort now) so I’m living much happier and healthier! I don’t regret doing what I needed to do :) I try hard not to let laundry build up; that’s my biggest hurdle now.

You’re already doing AMAZING things from an incredibly selfless heart, and honestly, there are just a lot of sad, unhappy people in the world who are unreasonable and look for faults in others to try to feel better. Thank you Auri for using all your energy to do something good for other people! Not everyone is blessed with that much energy and strength. You give people a fresh start from which they can go on. It's a good thing you don't do "everything" for them. Taking care of the space we live in is selfcare, so these people can add a sense of achievement to the gratitude they feel for your work. It is not an exaggeration to call you a life saver! A situation like this, without help, can turn into eviction and homelessness, which is where many mentally ill and otherwise sick people end up (especially in the US). Thank you so much! ❤

I keep everything meticulously clean, but anytime I relapse for even a week or worse two, everything gets dirty and the trash piles up so fast. The last week was one of the bad times, but it's over. I've spent the last 2 days cleaning absolutely everything, getting rid of all the trash and I feels so amazing right now having my comfy clean house back. Had to come watch your channel because I have nothing left to clean 😄. Thank you for everything you do and being judgment free. ❤
