A design solution is to cut the center out of the bottom doors & put some metal mesh & paint the mesh white for a country look or black for a more modern country chic vibe!

I replaced my swifter with a steamer and it is a GAME CHANGER! And it’s way less wasteful, since you just throw the steamer towels in the wash! The steamer also just picks up dirt better and gets in the grout too! You can use it on your wood floors too. I got mine for like $50 off of Amazon.

I can’t say I have a “favorite” room to clean, but when I start with the kitchen or bathrooms, it just gets me in the mood to keep going to other areas of the home. I’m going to sure check out the vacuum, I need it for my laminate flooring! No dish washer, I rather wash by hand. Even when I had one @ my last place I barely used it. Enjoy watching the video! Hi Kayla, I ,ve painted several pieces of furniture at different times and learn from experience that no matter what type of paint you use,be it brush paint or spray if you put a clear polyurethane coating on top it will prevent scratches and keep your color and also give it a luxury shine👍🏼🌹

Hey Kayla, haven't seen your channel since you painted your car! Congrats on the home. Here are a few things to consider for your home. An accent wall maybe behind your tv area (think peel & stick title) check out Amazon & Target websites for ideas. For your floors, Sharp Steam Mop - cleans/sanitizes wood, title, laminate flooring. Entryway - definitely paint the closet door to match the wall & swap the knob for a black knob... hanging wall hooks for coats, scarves, hats, etc & a long sitting bench with hideaway shoe storage, adjacent wall can house the wall mirror & shelving unit for keys, mail & umbrella? And lastly the entrywall floor needs a silicone/non slip mat that catches dirt, rain, mud etc. When you vaccum your sofa.. have yoh tried a fabric odor eliminator like Febreze ordor eliminator in Clean Linen or Downy scent? I have alot of suggestions but I won't lay them all out on you today! lol 💜

Loving this! Just FYI, I recommend burning candles in the centre of your stovetop or in the middle of a clear surface. Combustion (fire) can erupt from just heat, not direct flame, so burning candles (esp 3 wick - which are my fave) around combustibles can be very dangerous, even if the flames aren’t touching anything directly. I’m just on a fire safety jag right now. I wasn’t going to say anything, but then I figured if it helps someone I may as well.
