When I get to my camp in the winter I use a similar heater to get the temperature rising until the wood stove has time to take over.

I keep strips of soft foam, like those used for window air conditioners. You can buy 2"x2" strips in a roll that I use anytime I need to run a cord or hose through a window to keep air from coming in. I run the 30A cord from my camper through a window in my garage and use a strip of foam to keep wind and rain out.

Such a cute mini cabin. Lots of windows let's lots of sunlight in. Makes the cabin look much larger. Great job guys! It's so wonderful to see the sun's rays filtering through the bare trees on the property at this time of the year. Creates a completely different view to that in summer. I've been following along this build but I must have missed them explaining what this mini-cabin build is going to be used for? Outdoor Kitchen (bc of the kitchen countertops), but it has a couch in it? Not to mention the little garage... I mean it's nice, but they already have a complete cabin. I just can't figure out what they are going to use it for. Anyone pick up that info? I musta missed it somewhere along this build. Cheers

Mini cabin will be somewhere Jen can bake bread (rather than in the pole barn!) Somewhere we can eventually can our garden harvests! Somewhere for guests to sleep! Many purposes of it! Thanks so much for following along. We truly appreciate it
