I started doing this 3 times a week. I swear it's starting to give me the strongest core I've ever had and much more defined. However I'm having a problem with my body getting turned around when I'm on the ball. Like if my legs are facing 12 o'clock by the end of the set they'll be facing 3 o'clock. What am I doing wrong?
