I agree. But If you want to compete in a high level you need to put together a good condition sessions at least 3 time a week

Those look like a good set of exercises for conditioning. I don't have a speed bike or rowing machine. Do you think jumping rope and jumping jacks to replace that equipment would work or would that be too hard on the knees?

You can jumping rope and run in a treadmill with some inclination

just get on the mats. training in the academy is the best way to start conditioning. Technique should be your number one priority
