Also, in South Africa our Dollar Tree equivalent used to be called "The R5 Store" (R = rands, our currency) back when I was little and then it changed to "The R10 Store" when inflation went up. Now its been renamed for years to just "The Crazy Store", still selling cheap things just like your Dollar Stores/Dollar trees, just at a mix of prices. Wonder if your Dollar stores one day will ever be renamed once its all over a dollar. 😀

Haha, how funny! Im guessing not, because we also have Dollar General, and Family Dollar and those places (to my knowledge) have never been only a dollar. Just less expensive stuff in general! So the Dollar Tree being more than a dollar one day will probably just be normal just like the others! I actually find that you can many times find things less expensive and better quality at Walmart some times too 😄 It just depends on what it is!
