The base really makes a huge difference! Great job!

Thank you! I think so too ❤️ i ended up keeping it- it was super fun but challenging to build! Honestly the worst part was trying to cut through those blocks cause it made the cut uneven 😅

Thx for the tip of using cardboard to spread stripper. I used that on my last project & it's so much better that using up a chip brush that you have to then throw away.

Lol! Use anything as long as you can get the stripper where you need it to be 🤷♀️❤️

You should get a Rustoleum comfort grip aerosol spray trigger to use with spray cans. It’s a game changer! Your finger won’t hurt from using a spray can. Amazing makeover. Looks beautiful. 😍

How long did you have to wait for the water-based stain to dry to apply the oil based topcoat?
@hollysgarage9 ай бұрын
It was pretty quick, maybe a couple hours? Water based dries a lot quicker than oil based so don’t have to wait as long compared to if you wanted to layer it the other way around 😊

The chatoyance on the bottom is incredible! And I love your big dogs. We have two Saint Bernards & one of them, Bernie, runs next to cars!! No Bernie!!! It looks great. Will you keep it or sell it? If selling, how will you price? Love it.
