In the gameplay settings, there’s a place to switch between steady and realistic first person. You’re using steady mode. You head doesn’t move unless you do tricks (your head doesn’t flip in dive-rolls on steady mode). In realistic mode, your head bobs and moves when you run, jump, dive-roll, etc (I play realistic mode when I am, in first person).
