i think you are quite close., since actually middle class historically would be merchants, usurers and so on, who if you look at it, made money for themselves and were the richest. Basically those who had it the best during the French revolution since the aristocrats but also peasants had little money compared to those people so the term bourgeoisie(originally means people from the city and not rural areas) was used to describe those people. Right now it is used for higher middle class and basically people who live or yearn a luxurious lifestyle but aren't really rich. Mostly derogatory in these days I would say.The marxist use for capitalists is a little bit out of the line, since these are not the richest of rich, the big company owners and so on, but since communism makes all of the people outside the party lower class by income, it kind of fits lol.

Have you ever considered Korean foundations? Koreans are known to have extremely fair skin and focus their shade towards that. I think it would be interesting for you to try foreign products and maybe you'll find something that you like

I had the same thought and ordered 3 different Korean foundations last year (I can’t remember the brands) and they were all too dark 😥

Poppy T if I ever find *the holy grail* here, I'll come back to this video and let you know! Closest I've ever gotten was the Missha BBCream in 13, but it was a bit too dark going on and then it oxidised so 🤷🏼‍♀️

Double Wear comes in 1C0 as well! It’ll still be too dark for you, but that way you wouldn’t have to use quite as much of the Illamasqua in shade 01!

Arna Alayne I'm not sure about Scotland, but you can't get that shade in Ireland (which makes no sense, right?! WE ARE SO PALE), so it's a possibility that he can't get it 😩

I know he said 1C1 but he also said it was shell and in the UK I thought shell was 1C0 so maybe he got mixed up with the either the number or the name? Either way shell is the lightest I’ve ever found in the UK but I know some brands change the shade names in different countries.
