I love that they renovated and didn't try to move them away from their community. This will benefit their neighbors also. A big shout-out to all the sponsors and facilitators. It's a shame people still have to struggle to get access to basic things like running water. I pray this new government will address these issues. Every human being deserves access to basic amenities. Drinking cold water should not be a luxury reserved for some.

God bless you for this. Wishing this for my parents as well. An unfortunate incident happened late last year, a tank filled with water fell into our room and palour face me i slap you rented house in Alakuko, Ifako/Ijaiye LGA , Lagos. Thank God it didn't claim lives but casualties, the scar on my leg reminds me of that day till date. My brother also sustained injuries on his leg and my dad on his head. Life is good with #LG

Solar panel and inverter would have been good. The fridge, TV and other electronics will increase the man's electricity bill. The generator still needs expensive petrol to run. Yes the house is renovated but for their old age, no part of the renovation is making them money. It will just cost them more money to maintain.
