Just so you know for next time, lowe's has a laminate countertop that has no backsplash and it is a similar pattern to the one you used. They sell it in store. It's by Stretta and it's called white marble

In UK we call that style of sink, Belfast sink. I had one in my kitchen for many years. Be careful of it chipping. The area looks lovely.

As everyone else has said you’ve done a great job. However,the iron on trim I have seen more often than not comes loose and does not stay. Using the glue that is put on both surfaces then adhered together (contact cement) works best and the inside trim you put on will be the worst to stay. On that portion, it would be better to use a marine paint on it because it’s in such close proximity to the water and splashes.

Hey Glenda - love watching your videos (from Australia) - you've got some mad skills and massive energy. Are you going to put a folding bench in your laundry? It's so big - I would def put that in there so you have a place to sort and fold. Ummmm girl those windows need a scrub so they look as good as the laundry :)

Job well done. You don't think you need the additional length of countertop for counter space? I was curious if you thought the sink needed additional bracing for support? The faucet, I love. Do you have folding space?

I don't intend to do much on the sink other than rinse my hands if need be from coming in from outside etc... I think the support has proven to be sufficient... the sink has been sitting in it since I built out the base cabinet and no issues from what I can see... My kitchen sink was installed the same way (4 years ago) and its held up great! I do! I have that folding/hanging area I built from the lockers!
