Yea 2k for a pellet gun. In 2 or 3 years same guns will be 2.5k or 3k

I own sniper mags in .22 and .25 which is why I cant afford a Ghost right now. Lol That,and the sniper magnums are nothing to sneeze at and can do anything the Ghost can,just a little less powerful. Ben couldve gotten better accuracy outta both these guns with Redesign Monsters 25.39 I would put money on it.

Bruh , you need to find a way to get one of these on a giveaway cause these gins are amazing. Who wouldn't want such a good gun . I bet it'll be smacking you're quarry out in the field .

They definitely smacking quarry in the field. A lot of times ,the sound of the pellet impacting the quarry is louder than the report of the gun,and is right comical.

@@brocockboy haha , I bet the pellets are travelling so fast it results in massive expansion thus resulting in that loud smacking sound .

@@sidneygeorge8980 ,actually,the pellets I use are exclusively diabolo round pellets and are known to not expand much at all,say like a hollowpoint will.However, that loud ass pop is still there when you make a solid connection.Some of those hollowpoints are even louder.But I’m here to say,even the domed diabolos will offer up a loud smack, dwarfing the report of the gun( which mine all have silencers on anyway)

@@brocockboy yes , you are right . But also the patriot Javelin slugs tend to expand more due to their hollow point and soft led formula. So truly speaking , if a hollow point pellet with a soft led formula travels at a high velocity, then that smack sound will be a result of expansion right ?

@@sidneygeorge8980 ,I can only give you my opinion,and yes! I believe you are correct.I remeember shooting a starling once with some H&n hollowpoints,and I remember thinking to myself how much louder and sicker that sound was than with my round pellets.

The clear winner is the Sniper XR. For almost 1000€ less which is a lot of change difference. Not to mention prettier and easier to use in the field.

Very good accuracy, brocock sniper xr magnum. I would be better 580cc air tank.

I agree with you,sir.I think the 580 cc tank would better serve the Ghost,than the Sniper xr mags.I get 60 shots at 45 fpe outta my .22 xr mag.I get 50 shots at 55 fpe outta my .25 xr mag. Those numbers are with the 480 cc tank.The Ghost,on the other hand, they tell me ,is only getting about 30 full power shots on the reg.

I own that cerakote xr magnum in .22already and also a .25 xr magnum laminate. They are awesome guns.I’m so glad you doing this review,cuz I also want a Ghost.But ,I cant really afford a Ghost right now,and my better half says the sniper xr magnums are probably just about as accurate albeit not quite as powerful.My .25 xr magnum laminate is 55 fpe with 33.95 mk2, and your .22 Ghost hp is 60 fpe. The Ghost is 6 inches shorter than the sniper mags,too. Also,my sniper xr in .22 shoots 25.39 redesign monsters better than those 18.13,like much better! Thanks for this video,sir! I bet the Ghost will shoot Redesign Monsters better than 18.13,too. My sniper xr magnum will put 5 in a dime @50 hand loaded singly with redesign monsters

My biggest gripe with these newer magazines on Brococks is they cost well over one hundred dollars.They are nice magazines,but c’mon thats just robbery at its finest.

I’ve killed a big fox squirrel with my sniper mag .22 at 73 yards already.I wouldnt wanna push much farther,though just because its easy to be off just a little and can easily wound something.I try to stick to under 50 yards on squirrel size quarry for the most part.I killed a chipmunk last summer at 70 yards with my xr magnum .22 off of a tripod and very little wind.

The tuning wheel on the ghost is for the hammerspring. NOT THE REGULATOR.. that is in-between the barrel and bottle. A very inaccurate review. Or just plain misleading...

@@ShootingGearReviews You didnt. You said you adjusted the "power" setting all the way down on the ghost. The hammerspring wheel is more of a harmonic balancer for the weight of projectile used. Especially important for long range accuracy.. You even showed " high" power chronic and " low power...it only changed 50 fps..while the sniper xr went down to 650fps. Not the same adjustment at all, so..not the same results at distance. Apples to oranges.

both the ghost and the sniper are regulated at 150 bar. I tried all the slugs that I have (which is A LOT) and none so far have shot accurately in the Ghost. the Sniper likes H&N kzbin.info/www/bejne/o3uYZpd4fryEabs

The Ghost I hear doesnt shoot slugs well at all.Another review I saw on you tube(guys name is Johnny Super) says the only slug that would group at all outta of about 12 brands he tried was FX hybrid.
