The astro turf would look okay in the golf cart. But you are right about making it removable so you can shake the dirt out or hose it off. It might also keep you from burning your feet on a hot day if your barefoot on the black rubber mat.

My vote is to keep it ranch-friendly. As far as painting it goes, I'd use bed liner. I think there are some DIY brands out there (if you're in to doing it yourself to keep cost down) that you can color-tint so you can pick something other than black. The wheels/tires and stance do look sick though.

I third this notion. put the fake turf rug in there, glue it down. finish fixing the roof and then? honestly? go a little more. try and fiber glass any cracks in the body, sand it and spray paint it bronze to match the wheels. leave the seats the way they are.

I like it, chopped my lake golf cart roof 4 inch's in front. Also put solar panel on the roof, never plugged in entire summer. My nephew put that lift kit on his and we upgraded the motor...so sick now!

I refurbish junk golf carts and build custom knes and tbh the bedliner spray on bodys is very popular and awesome looking and make sure you spray both sodes of the body so it seals and doesn't chip off on the edges. And ypu will love it

My friends loaned me a golf cart to use up at the cabin to drive around the neighborhood. It had that fold down back seat to turn it into a little pickup. And was very handy especially when I had to take a dead skunk down to the trash dump.

I forget where I ordered it for our golf carts but they make a quick little upholster kit and it has lasted on ours for like the last 12 years and it was like a hundred bucks or something like that

You can still do a pipe frame for the golf cart, get quick disconnect for the frame [ weld it in place ] put the other part of the disconnect on the roof piece. Then build it up for the roof [ no bending required ] [ just notch and gusset / weld it together.... Either aluminum or steel for your roofing then Bolt on with rubber grommet or welded together to your gussets...

I don’t know if electric carts are the same as the gas but that back panel you removed on the gas powered ones there’s a little adjustment that you can tighten to make it go faster are used to just zip tie them

They half fold down front windows for the golf carts. Those are pretty cool cuz you have the windshield when you need it and can fold the top half down when you don't want it there. check it out I think it would work well for you

Used to work for a golf cart dealer building Yamaha golf carts done a ton of these lifts check your s arms the flat chrome looking peacies between the tie rod and knuckle should both be flat those are the weak spot those are supposed to bend before it messes up the tie rod or anything else

paint it to match the fork lift or do a black and gold build since the rims are already that goldish color. put like a jeep style top on it were you can roll down the sides and latch them or something incase it starts raining and your out driving it same for the front window see if you cant make it so it flips up onto the roof and has a latch to hold it from bouncing around. treat the window with that rainX or what ever it is people put on car windows to make water just beed right off. then up the speed a little.

They make a street legal packaged or all golf cart E car can vin and plate your cart out of Sanfernando ca just install the street legal package off eBay or from them just so you know they also make bigger control units and motors to get the power in the cart for electric idk about gas ones tho 👍👍

I say you spray the body satin black with some spray cans it, just the bottom and respray the vinyl seats white with vinyl spray paint. It’s going to cost you around $50, why not?

I would put an 2 cylinder diesel engine with your with your suspension lift kit and get rid of the electric engines that you're using for the golf cart now, dual battery kit, and lights / sound kit [ blue tooth music ].... It'll be dope and run like a dream [ ride and looks / sound ]....
