We also eat oatmeal in the US. We prepare differently. Sometimes just the oatmeal. Sometimes we add fruit and a little sugar. There are many ways to prepare it. It’s a staple breakfast, especially for children. It’s especially good to keep blood pressure down. @Priscah

Prisca plant as many fruits tress as you can,they will help you and your kids ,also if you plant bananas and passion fruits that also will be nice ,l believe all this can begotten at the nursery

Priscah, you need seeds from those fruits that look like Papaya. Very unique fruit. Oat Meal is nutritious, just as Finger Millet. It can get a bit slime after moisture. Frogs are sold in Nairobi Kenya. I saw Shawn Arwa trying it there. I wouldn't eat frog. It's good that you be honest about trying food. The truth cannot hide.
