Yeah but there’s two sides to it. There’s a collectors side as well where people collect it not to use but because of what it is so they’ll collect makeup items that are decades old or whatever. Ask anyone who collects anything. They don’t collect stuff to use it.

Love declutter videos!!! I'm trying to start a makeup collection, but I am lost on what stuff to get or is good, so these videos help me see all kinds of different product!!! I am a sucker for cute packaging! I personally don't see an issue with used makeup. How I see it is that even when you go into a makeup store they usually have test/try items out that everyone /anyone can use, also I feel like with powder or even lipstick items you could possibly just scrape the top layer off if you wanted to.
