That's something you need to step down from gradually not stop cold turkey. Especially if you've been taking them for at least a month it builds up in your body and you can't just stop it. It's always best to contact your doctor and find out how to step down from the medication gradually slowly so your body can adjust to you having less of the medication in your body without causing it to go into shock
