PureSmoulder Yup, our breast milk can actually be quite disgusting if the milk donor eats lots of fatty/greasy foods, or just unhealthy stuff in general. I helped work at a home daycare with my mom and some mothers sent their own milk for their babies. You could tell if the moms had been eating unhealthy just by looking at the bag of milk, if they had eaten unhealthy food you could clearly see a thick layer of yellow fat above the milk before shaking it. Sometimes it'd just be greasy and wouldn't mix well. Other times it'd be white and wouldn't really separate at all, also it'd be smooth instead of greasy, proving that they had eaten healthier.

Some other interesting milks would be seal or reindeer, which are super rich, likely due to climate. Camel milk, from a near opposite climate, is one of the least rich, being more "watery" and refreshing.

My mom went over the top with a totally pure and natural diet for years in order to make sure that me and my little sister got nothing but the best from the womb until the end of breastfeeding. Purple Dazz It mostly comes from the "human" part as most people forget were even mammals or part of the animal kingdom, sorta like cannibalism its a bit odd to some people. Honestly it doesnt bother me, milk is milk and depending on what is eaten to produce it makes the taste different. Also think people think its odd because its the only milk we know of that come from reasoning beings outside of the animal kingdom.
