PureSmoulder Yup, our breast milk can actually be quite disgusting if the milk donor eats lots of fatty/greasy foods, or just unhealthy stuff in general. I helped work at a home daycare with my mom and some mothers sent their own milk for their babies. You could tell if the moms had been eating unhealthy just by looking at the bag of milk, if they had eaten unhealthy food you could clearly see a thick layer of yellow fat above the milk before shaking it. Sometimes it'd just be greasy and wouldn't mix well. Other times it'd be white and wouldn't really separate at all, also it'd be smooth instead of greasy, proving that they had eaten healthier.
