So Aloe and Aloe Vera is the same thing. They actually sell green tea Aloe Vera drinks, and I absolutely love them. You can use Aloe (also known as Aloe Vera) for sunburns and rug burns, it helps sooth it. But you can also drink it! Hope this helped! :)
