I've been riding an upright trike on tarmac for several years, and occasionally gone on trails with it but slowly and carefully due to how a trike lurches when one of the rear wheels goes over a root or something. I am mightily impressed by Sam's riding and seeing it has shown me that far more than I ever imagined is actually possible. Thanks!

Ive built your match; Sam! Scott King and I have built a 2 person DH trike. I welded a low sitting platform onto the back with rails to hang onto while the front participant is practically prone on a banana seat.......pure committment! We had a hard time building wheels to hold up through the drifts. We tried mags, 24" 4 cross, etc... No luck. Hell of a time for two dumbasses. Keep up the brilliant ideas and the master mechanics; Sam!

I once rode one of these tricycles while a buddy of mine was sitting in the basket in back so the wheight would make it drift better... hit a corner so agressive that after 3 full seconds of a 10/10 drift, we started riding on 2 wheels untill the rear wheel that was still touching the ground just sunk into it and stopped. the wheel was bent 45° almost straight allong the middle. Best fun I ever had on a bike
