I think every vehicle should have some sort of recording device and a gps tracker. there are a lot of cheap options. bugs you can install in your car or bike. they send videoa images and GPS location to your cellphone and email. very useful in a country like India. and that evidence can be used to incriminate any illegal or criminal activity. and yes once people see YU are recording their behavior changes.
