Summer has come and gone, and our pantry took a hit! Today I’m going to be doing a complete refresh on it. I’m taking everything out, cleaning up what works, and reorganizing what doesn’t. Plus, we're going to be adding LABELS! Totally not necessary, but oh so helpful with trying to get family members on board with being a litttttle bit more independent. Husbands and spouses included! 😉
If you’ve never organized your pantry, let me be the first to say YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! This is by far one of the best functioning areas of my entire house, well when it’s organized that is! Can I tell you a secret?! In our last house it took me 7 YEARS to organize my pantry… When we moved to GA, it was literally the first area of my house I worked on. With just my husband and I my thoughts are that's a lot of food. But then I realize your family is considerably larger. My question is though.... how often do you grocery shop? Is this a weekly haul or just once a month kind of thing? Just curious from Western PA United States. 💚

I typically shop every two weeks, but will usually need a grocery run for milk, bread, produce, weekly. This is definitely a lot of food! A lot of the chips and snacks are left over from the end of summer when we had friends and family up to visit. ❤️ The pantry definitely needed a good clean out!
