Oh, sweetheart. I know. I am just going through this myself. I am a lot older than you. I have thrown away a LOT of stuff, but I have a shopping problem, and it's difficult to see what else to get rid of. I live in the same kind of shame. Remember, you can do a little at a time or you'll get overwhelmed. I write down even the smallest tasks in a composition pad with a box next to it. I write it down at night. When I complete even the smallest thing, I can take my pink gel pen and check it off. Once I start to check things off I really start to feel like I've gotten something done. You are lovely. You will do it❤

Reminds me of my spare room lol, I have my aero Pilates machine in there but can't see it as the whole space is covered in clutter. I really need to sort it when off work for Christmas x
