Love the colors I am a minimalist myself and sometimes the decor ideas I see especially for aesthetic gives me so much anxiety cause there’s so much clutter but I’m glad there is such a thing as minimalist aesthetic :) lol. Hi, great pillow tip. I believe you can purchase doors for your IKEA stand. The headboard frame would look awesome spray painted in a terra cotta color, perhaps another DIY project overall nicely done.

Yes, the KALLAX unit has shelf inserts or even doors, but since I am moving soon I decided not to spend more money on it 😂 Same with the bed, I ALMOST wrapped the whole thing in macrame to give it a more boho vibe, but ultimately didn't because I'm moving 😅 Love these suggestions though!! Have you tried a goodwill or thrift store for frames and art? You could always redo the art inside then to make your own but then you get tons of art and frames for super cheap. Target is not the cheapest when it comes to artwork, at all! It’s very pretty but they are pricey for that stuff. And HOLY MOLY that rattan shelf, wow those things go for upwards of $500 on Etsy and online. You are so lucky you got that for free! I’ve been looking EVERYWHERE for a decent priced one. Cheapest I could find was $300 and I’d have to pay an arm and leg to ship it.

With the ikea cubes if you don’t like how your stuff shows you can buy add on doors to hid the things from ikea if that makes sense

A good trick for hanging nails straight and level and save more work than all this is to use the masking tape to line up the holes for the nails by marking it with a pen on the masking tape and then remove the masking tape from the frame and put on the wall where you want them to hang on the wall and use the paper cut to size as the frames to mess around with the placement you want for them and you need them closer and go larger to small at an angle. If this makes sense
