Never was a fan of anything higher than GT3… F1 never was mine. But those LMPs are growing on me. Also 1993 formula hi-tech! Just pure fun! AMS2 is my “go to fun sim”! . Not as serious as other sims are. To me at least… have a good weekend mate and thanks for the ride! 👋

Absolutely the same here bre😁 I don’t like much high downforce cars at all and AMS2 is exactly as you’ve said not my favorite for serious business but is the one which I enjoy the most just for the fun factor 😃 The LMDH cars are way too fast for my taste but sometimes I truly have fun to just jump and drive them 😁

There is nothing wrong with just having fun. AMS2 is the one sim that bridges that gap for me beautifully. Forza is too arcade, but AMS2 is serious enough to need a proper setup and proper driving but just that bit more casual that I don't have to put in hours of practice to have a good race. I'm prepping for Nords24 on iRacing atm but the minute I'm done on that I'll be into AMS2 for a few weeks as a "holiday".

@@mikecroshaw9233 iRacing is the one I choose and use for competitive racing too but the fun factor on AMS2 is next level for casual driving. It just creates that atmosphere every time for me 😁

Hahahaha that AI overtook me indeed from the outside on Karussel and was the last car on the grid 🤣🤣🤣 FTF 🙈 I just drove this car for first time and didn’t know the fuel won’t be enough for two laps 😁 Nevertheless was absolutely fun to drive that monster around the green hell

A car difficult to controll, mixed with a very technical track results in a hard driving. Your race was fantastic (I would choose a lighter one for me hehehe). Great video. PS.: A pity that you couldn't finish it fue to the lack of fuel.

What a drive it is really very fast but for me the best moment in the first lap was when that yellow car overtook you from the outside in Karussell I think that you did not expect that move and that when you saw what was happening, you were also surprised

AMS2 and Nordschleife is just pure gem. Every time i am driving it i am wondering i do not drive it more. But i like racing against people and Iracing is king of the hill with that.

I can't get enough of the P1's some days, I loves the Nissan oddly enough, I also love the Group C Nissan too ironically, But yeah I am hooked to VR, I can't wait until I cab get the Quest 3, i think the price will drop on the Q3 when the Quest 4 drops, At least I hope, lol, And I also hope there is something set up for Meta to have something where people can donate old VR stand alone VR to be sent to Countries that is Poor and not got any Schools as poor or rich, Able bodied or Disabled every child deserves the right for some Education, And I really do think that VR can bring class rooms to places there is no class rooms, The stand alone VR can have software that can be a class room and a teacher lol.... Yeah I do love the P1 cars, And Group C, It is like the F1 cars from the 80s and 90s lairy as an Engine can get plus the sound of the F1 cars from the 90s is the Anthem of Motor racing lol, I got a habit of using the clutch when it is not needed, lol, Even the P1 and GT3 cars I still heel to toe on the down shift, I cannot help it, I now find doing what I call two foot driving hard now, lol, I am a one footed driver, The brake and accelerator is used by my right foot, And then any clutch work, Naturally would be my left foot lol, Is using heel to toe going to slow me down as trail breaking is taken a back seat, Pun intended there lol, But I no longer trail break much any more, Only on Intergalagos I really do any trail breaking, I also stopped breaking at the last second as I always take the corner too sharp, When you corner too sharp the rear will slip out far far easier, I will say though the Nordsliefe is probably the best track to learn how much you can push a car to the limits before you start sliding and missing corners, So if you want to learn how to drive an 80s or 90s F1 car then learn the cars limits using the Nordsliefe, Do a Time Trial so it goves you a better push for the want to be in the top ten or even top five lol... This is why Sim racing is more than a game, Sim Racing is not just about putting a car around a track the fastest, It is also skills as well, And keeping your nerves grounded in moments of concentration and pressure, I will get in that top ten on the nordsliefe one day soon, Probably when I can manage to find a DD wheel, I am wondering if using the Logitech is what is holding me back, lol....
