Yeah I hate that too. Ifu driving the speed limit then keep doing so if someone want to pass u let them. Same thing on the freeway I hate passing lane campers its not your job to see who is driving fast or not. The only job u got is to move over from the passing lane when u have finished your passing or are holding up traffic in the passing lane. Literally saw the other day in LA someone hogging the passing lane going 65 the speed limit In that particular stretch of freeway but it was kinda empty most people were going 75 80 or 90 saw a police officer he went to the passing lane and kept a good distance from the driver. Guess what it was too see if he would move over he didn't and pulled him over. Yeah still I don't know of there is passing lane laws on California probably there is because old high way roads in california have the broken line that usually permits overtaking. Yes send the repair bill to their insurer, and file a police report for malicious damage to property, and as the damage will definitely exceed the criminal threshold the company will be both paying for the damage, and also be sitting in front of a magistrate or judge to explain, with full video as well, exactly why they should not be found guilty, and have to pay. Accident would be if he was doing the entire road, but this is deliberate aiming, and also shows intent, in that it was done separately from any other work, and was also done by trespassing into the yard as well, off the mandated road clearing only.

@@markbeiser Three lanes in the roundabout and three lanes out of it, so it would probably depend on multiple other elements wether it's the Tesla or the pick-up that is in the wrong. You can't tell from this footage alone, cause there could be signs you don't see, and this is in UAE, so they may have their own specific rules regarding roundabouts. Many countries do. In Greece, for example, you have to yield for traffic coming into the roundabout from the right if you're already in the roundabout. In Norway a basic rule of a roundabout is that the car that first entered the roundabout has the right of way, but signs can also specify how you're supposed to navigate a roundabout. EDIT: And reading comments from username "ziadelhadidi14" below confirms what I said: "I live in the UAE and can confirm this is wrong. Each lane is specified for a direction in a roundabout. In this case a 3 lane roundabout would mean the right lane is for right and straight only. The middle lane would be straight and left only. The inside lain would be left and u-turn only. You are not allowed to turn left from the outside lane, which means the pickup would be at fault."

@@car-diologist that’s your opinion. If they are working dogs on top of the truck is probably safer than on the ground with whatever they herd

@MellyMe9798 well genius, they aren't on a farm where other vehicles can easily crash into them are they? Thankfully rednecks are a dying breed. Nothing but a bunch of 1/4 acre Cowboys dreaming about living on a farm, they'll never have or even know what to do.

12:18 Can you exit the round about from 2nd lane in UAE?
@ziadelhadidi149 ай бұрын
Yes each lane is specified for a direction when you enter a roundabout. They do it differently there. If you enter in the outside lane, u must turn right or go straight. Lane 2 is for straight and left (could be straight only). Lane 3 would be left and u -turn. Pickup is at fault here had they collided.
@HikaruKatayamma9 ай бұрын

#7 9:48. To the red Model 3 driver. There's an empty parking spot directly behind you. Take advantage of it. Back straight into it and then go forward on to your way. I've seen so many drivers struggling with un-parking and I wonder why they decided to do it that way.

Model S at 12:10 appears to me to have cut off the pickup in the roundabout or am I just the only one who sees it that way??
@ziadelhadidi149 ай бұрын
I live in the UAE and can confirm this is wrong. Each lane is specified for a direction in a roundabout. In this case a 3 lane roundabout would mean the right lane is for right and straight only. The middle lane would be straight and left only. The inside lain would be left and u-turn only. You are not allowed to turn left from the outside lane, which means the pickup would be at fault.
@RiverRatWA579 ай бұрын
@@ziadelhadidi14 the cam vehicle changed lanes into the pickups lane.
@ziadelhadidi149 ай бұрын
@@RiverRatWA57 He didn't though. It's really weird but the pick up is in the wrong lane if he wants to turn left. Cam driver maintained the middle lane in the roundabout and while exiting which is correct. Pickup cut across the cam from the outside which is illegal. Just google dubai roundabout rules and you will see.

My dad was picking up me and my sister from gymnastics class, and we were about to go into this lady’s car because somehow my dad and the lady had pressed the unlock button at the exact same time, as soon as we got in we realized that it wasn’t my dads jeep.
