This is great! I am looking at making something similar - with pieces of decorative broken pottery I've collected over the years. The formply tabletop is a great idea! I was stumped on what to use, but think I will do the same. Thanks!

Thank you :) Oooooh I love that! Gosh I'd love to see your broken pottery collection. What a lovely way to reuse something people might throw out. That makes me so happy to hear! Would love to see the final project :) xx

As a tiler i would advise using a proper trowel and technique as tiles can pop off with temperature variations. Also use spacers for consistent spacing. Finished item looks good tho

Thanks for the kind words and tips! Really appreciate it :) Thankfully no tiles have popped off so far and my friend wanted more organic spaced tiles, otherwise spacers would have looked gorgeous too :)

IS there any concern with water (from rain and the elements) swelling or causing any issues on that form plywood table top? Any treatment needed?

No, we were advised this material was suitable for outdoor use. You could get creative and use planks of timber instead? :)

Thank you, that means the world to me. I hope you enjoy my projects. I'll be sharing another one very soon! Yes, it's by an Australian brand called Dissh, which you can now get in the USA :) It is about two years old though :( xx
