Id use simple green. You could turn a leaf white if u scrub with it enough

Make a paste with Bar Keepers Friend and water. I pour it into one of those condiment squeeze bottles with a thin nozzle to apply it to the grout (although it wouldn't hurt to get it over the tile as well). You don't need to leave it down there long at all. Scrub brush + wipe clean.

For all those asking he used dawn professional degreaser, but a hydrogen peroxide based cleaner or bioenzymatic would work really well too

I will say: in almost all cases, the grout is going to be white or tan. Dark grout is more expensive to install, and most builders and contractors don’t want to do it. You can see every mistake- so, unless you know already, it’s almost always going to be dirty.

Yep happens at every public business. When the cleaners clean they mop the floors with consistently darker water. It settles & dries in the grout lines. Our Kentucky fried Chicken place is awful
