This one. It gives me chills every time. And you can see his breath - it's an unheated church and freezing cold.... signifying so much. This one is exceptional from and exceptional artist. Romain and his guitar cry together; there is no separation between the two.

Romain is a special human being, the way he lives music, his passion is like an aura all around him, and it stirs so much emotion inside of me. His new song ‘Leave it all and let me go’ is gorgeous. He has a new album dropping next week, and I can’t wait. 🖤

I just love romain, the universe really did its best work bringing ren and romain together. Obviously not so much in this one ,but usually,if hes playing guitar hes smiling, we're all searching for our slot and hes found his. So glad you recognise his talent💙🇬🇧

Yes!!! You did this song ❤ words cannot express how much I adore this tune. Romain makes it feel so damn important and urgent. A reminder for us in the west that rarely experience war, that in war you are ”never too young to die” 😢 ”when the old don’t learn the lesson ” 😢 It makes me cry every time. Please check out the studio version in your own time, it’s more of an orchestral piece, very majestic ❤🎉 Great reaction Aaron. Thanks for spreading the word about Romain Axisa ❤😊

This is such a beautiful heart-breaking song and performance. It was so cold in the chapel that he could only record two takes in ten minutes before his fingers stopped working. A truly heart-felt performance.

I found some instrumentals on his site which I believe are named as colours Blue etc, they are beautiful. Also I feel you would really enjoy Ren, Romaine and Goran, their At home video they did during lockdown just random jamming.

Blown away for real... So proud is french 😍🇨🇵 Romain is sooo good !! Powerful !! I may be wrong but I think he has a full album with only guitar, no words, and the name of each song is the name of a city... Thanks for reacting to Romain 😘

This song is perfection. I cannot even think of a song that comes close to displaying the raw human emotion for such tragic circumstances and a cry for the ceasing of hostilities that have caused so much suffering, despair, and broken lives. Maybe some of Bob Dylan's music... I was watching your reaction and my 3 year old son stopped what he was doing and listened, wholly, to this song. He didn't look away. He didn't get distracted. He watched. He listened. He FELT it. FELT the pain and emotion and CONNECTED with it. I listen to so much music and he almost never stops to listen to it, even with Ren. THIS. THIS stopped my son to spend a fraction of his existence in listening to what was being said, felt, and played. It doesn't matter what you believe in. What god you pray to. What nation you belong to. What faction of what organisation... the form of horrendous accountability and tragedy placed upon all of these people should not exist. When, as a species, are we going to stop letting the actions of such small minded individuals affect so many other people? When are we going to finally stand up and say enough is enough? Ren is so right when he talks about the power of the individual and that we, as a species, can do so much more than we think possible. We are Gods on this planet and we need to start participating in THAT kind of power for ourselves and the rest of the world. As perfect and gorgeous as this song is... it shouldn't have to exist. It shouldn't. It is unnecessary beauty. I hope my son does not live in a future world where Palestinians are wiped from the Earth and Israel ceases to exist because of greed and pride. Everyone deserves a chance to live in peace... I pray to my 'heathen' gods that they find a resolution and just choose PEACE. We can live together. We can learn to compromise. We simply have to try. Much peace and love to you.

Ren refers to Romain as his *French Angel* There is no gentle weeping from Romain's guitar, just a raw cry, which kills me every time I hear this song. I read someone say this was written about the war in Gaza, but I think it was actually written with the Ukraine war in mind.

He said (as I said in the video) himself it was which is in the description of the video

@@A-AronReacts I am sorry, I missed the very start of your video as I had to leave the room in a hurry. I did not think I was gone very long, but clearly missed a crucial bit and should have rewound. Will know better next time. I was sure I heard he wrote it earlier, but was very wrong. I know better now, thanks.

Man I love your reactions. Another Romaine song I hadn’t heard. For some reason when I hear him sing it makes me think of George Harrison. Just something about the way he expresses his music with 100% authentic soul. No gimmicks or fluff needed at all.
