As for the reverb - that's Skien Church, in front of her is a huge cathedral-like room and above her it's 17 meters up to the ceiling. To get a good visual impression, look for "Store Norske Leksikon Skien_church" - you can also see the altar and the stairs to the pulpit there like in this video here.

This is the best and most insane arrangement of this song ever. How they can keep it all straight and not mess up and dissolve into giggles when they do it live is amazing.

I really love Romain, he really *feels* the music and it bleeds from him. His instrumentals often say as much as the lyrics. I've just ordered his two cds (he has a third one coming and just released his first vinyls as well).
