Yeah It’s from same family but, obviously a much older design. It’s actually more closely related to the 717 which designation pre-dates the 707. Not be confused with MD95/717 from the 90’s. Cheers glad you enjoyed

To put this in perspective, I flew the WC-135B tail number 667 50 years ago when it was assigned to the 55th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron at McClellan AFB in Sacramento.
