Any recommendations on how to get the welds through the rubber hanger? I have the same exaust but for a 2 door jk

An exhaust hanger removable tool and some WD40 are going to be your best friend when trying swap rubber like that. I haven't swapped exhaust on a JK myself, but like Merideth says in the video it may honestly be easier to un-bolt the hanger itself from the Jeep instead of fussing around with it on-car. You can learn a little bit more if you skip to the 4:04 mark. Hope this helps! -Zach

Nope! There are no other modifications needed when installing this exhaust system. -Zach

Since this exhaust does not touch the catalytic converter, you should have no problems with CARB compliance. Over-all this is a pretty mild system, but I would highly recommend calling Magnaflow to double check California specs before purchasing. -Zach

You say it improves mpg, throttle response, hp & torque and its ~$550. Any dyno chart from manufacturer to prove that?

Magnaflow specifically notes that this system dyno proven performance, but there is no posted chart currently available online for it. The weight savings from deleting the factory muffler and resonator alone will help out some with gas mileage, along with allowing our turbo to breath better. We personally noticed a boost in throttle response on our test drive with this kit installed as well. -Zach

Since this system does not touch factory catalytic converters, I can't foresee this giving you any trouble. If you're concerned, I would consider reaching out to Magnaflow directly. -Zach
