One thing I'd recommend is to advance the suction catheter tip just past the end of the ETT and hold suction as you deflate the cuff and pull the tube, It means any secretions that have pooled ontop of the cuff get sucked up straight away instead of pouring down into the airway. Otherwise good thorough demo

Great video but I would suggest placing vent in standby before you pull the tube and deflate cuff.

الخطوات ٠ منشفة على صدر المريض و يكون رأسه مرفوع + استعدادات الممرض (كلين قلفز) ١ تسوي سكشن للفم ٢ تسوي سكشن للاندو تراكيال تيوب ٣ تشبك ابرة 12ملي مع الاندو تراكي و تسحب الهواء من بالون الاندوتراكيال ملاحظ: اذا ما كان في اي تسرب للهواء لا تواصل ابدا البورسيجر ٥ تطلب من المريض يأخذ نفس عميق ٦ تسحب الاندو تراكيال تيوب و اثناء السحب تكون مثبت الاندو تراكيال اثناء أخذ المريض لنفس عميق ٧ تسأل المريض يكح بشكل عادي وتشطف الفم مرة اخرى ٨ ترمي الاندو تراكيال في الكونتينر او الحاوية المخصصة لها و تشيل PPE شكرا

When I was still working, the standard golden rule was: extubation with at least 2 expert care providers in the same room as the patient, both of whom are also! authorized to re-intubate when necessary. Good video otherwise!
