Guys I have a change for pixel gun. This game is screwed in all ways. So first at all let's remove siege there no point of siege because the game forces you to pay to upgrade your fort. Increase game earnings, in a server there can only be up to 8 people, if you get position 8-6 you will get 2 coins and 5 exp, then if you get 6-4 you will get 3 medals 2 keys 4 coins and 10 exp, and then from 3-1 you would get 6 medals 5 keys 6 coins 20 exp and if you get first place then also 5 gems. All one shot weapons shall be moved to either 3 places, either the orientational lottery, lucky chest or removed. I am going to list all weapons that shall be removed Judge, Smart Bullet Bazooka, Nanobots, Exterminators, Adamant toy bomber, ghost lantern,all champion weapons and that's it for weapons. This isn't neccacary but you can probably change the logo shape. Match making system is different you will face against people who are your level and say you don't pay for gems and coins you will be playing against people who don't pay if you pay you will play against people who pay aswell. Gems are used to now rent weapons and try them out you can rent weapon for 1 day for 3 gems 2 days for 9 gems 3 days for 14 gems 4 days for 19 gems and 5 days for 25 gems and 1 week for 30 gems. That's it for my change like and comment if you like my ideas and comment if you don't like it. ( it took a long time to type this.) Edit: Also remove the storm hammer.

Ive been playing this game since 2013 or so too,made great friendships and had so much fun for 1-2 years.2015-2016 was when things actually started to get messed up. 1-They added gems = For money 2-They added rentable guns = For money 3-They kept adding more and more stuff we can unlock with coins/gems (overly expensive) 4-The game never had a proper ingame money gaining between price of items and perks BALANCE.This led most of the players (that are able to) to buy ingame money with real money; to have better of an experience with better guns(items/perks..) 5-They made those side ripoff games and advertised them in pg3d as if those games were by different companies 6-They added minigames and whatever tf those lobby crafting thing was called,being total nonsense and yet again it was for money.And obv,those minigames are copies of other games too 7-Durability thing,doubling money ect,we all know that update was a stupid thing. Anyway.I have never spent money on this game tbh,but ive spent lots and lots of time on it.Losing accs,trying to get to high levels again and again ect.. It started to get boring and the game seriously pissed me off by all of these stupid changes.Back at the times when the games first few years,we all know it was so nice.The community,the game itself,everything was fun and pure.And does anyone remember when the games name was Pixel Gun 3D (Minecraft Edition) ? Pretty sure most of you do.Their ripoff/copying was obvious at the most start.But we were enjoying it before all of the popular/known games' copies. Honestly, I feel like the people who are defending Pixel Gun 3D in this video are most likely brainwashed by the game. Believe me, I’ve experienced it myself, I was a victim. And also I don't spend money on PG3D so I tried pixel strike, I like the walking animation and the use of non futuristic weapons and the weapons are pretty balanced unlike pixel gun. I have pixel strike as a back up game so, if I get banned from PG3D I will just play pixel strike. Plus I have a story. To be honest, here are my opinions, relating to the first 7-9 minutes of this video. #1 No i don't think they've ran into much legal issues nor any at all, only the star wars inspired maps could be, but they weren't ever labled as Star Wars by the pixel gun company, so all that they could be accused of is plagiarism of intellectual property which is already a stretch, they cannot be rightfully taken down for things that they have only taken the design of, and that's as i've a stretch too far, the blocky art style wasn't created by Notch, Nor was blocks themselves, yes Minecraft could be called one of the first, Notch being the creator of Minecraft a.k.a Mojang, but they cannot sue Pixel Gun for doing that art style because Mojang did not create and patent the idea of placing blocks into a terrain and generating a play area, so they aren't gonna be able to put Pixel gun conpany into any more problems than any other game inspired or based off this artstyle are having, Those gun designs? Yes they look like they were based off someone else's gun designs, but they never took the liberty to name those guns in Pixel Gun the exact same as the property irl and frankly there are still logical differences that will pass even if those designs are copyrighted. #2 I do believe that the company behind Pixel Gun could be liable for being under immoral or at least partly illegal charges, But i don't think Pixel Gun could be liable for anything other than creative inspiration, and heck the titles of the company's others names do sound pretty fishy and also their concepts, but you have to remember, they are still in the legal green area if they are not using the name of the copyrighted or patented product and the design is different enough to be considered a whole dfferent thing, and believe me that veratti or bugatti is totally in the legal green area as long as they never refer to it as Bugatti, Ferrari, or etc.... Themselves because they don't have the proper licenses, which they don't have proper licenses but are they naming the cars any real life brand names for the cars based on? You tell me. #3 I like the format of this video mate,i like you, and the following are not mindless ignorant opinions, i do believe there is a percentage that outright believe everything here to be true without forming a proper opinion, i like the style you put here man, but i think a lot of people are just gonna be too damn lazy or something to form their own opinion, again, this is not an immature and ignorant opinion, it's fact that there are gonna be a percentage who'll just believe anything anyone says if they're convinced, but i know that you're point was that this was all from informatiom we all can access, and to all the viewers; Make sure to look at what legality is for your selves and make sure to look thoroughly and understandingly than to find anything that will victimize the company just for your own sake. #4 Once it comes out that the company is doing some shady business then i hope they get taken down, but it's very unlikely that they will get taken down for legal or copyright or creative license issues because of the reasons i've already stated #5 If Pixelmon isn't a copyrighted name, they are still good to go, and if they aren't using the exact characters from Clash Royale, then they good, and by exact i mean Exact same design and name down to the pixel. #6 I do believe that we could do something, for the pixel world situation, the money has been falsely misused if the saying here in this video is true, if someone promises you a product and you believe in them enough to support them then you should have the product! But anyways, this is a very common situation especially around funding sites like Kickstarter having some people need money and promise for the product but ending up not following. #7 They aren't the exact scum and you should (as the viewer) remember to make your own opinions and put enough time to it before you go commenting yourself, try to find the actual truth and whether the parts of this video were real or not. #8 You should not support a company that will potentially put a negative onto you, but you have to make sure if they're really that bad. #9 If you want a middle ground to wanting the game because it'a fun but you aren't a big fan of the company, take a stand, only let them get revenue from ads and not in app purchases, just play the game like a sane person. #10 I do know and believe that it is more immoral to take down pixel gun for things they are wrongly accused for (as i've stated before), yes some are right accusations but those aren't accusations that are enough to potentially take down Pixel Gun nor the company behind it. Anyways that was my 10. List, thanks for reading i guess The whole thing in a nutshell: The game cannot be sued because it is not liable for any accusation that can get it sued. the company might get sued but pixel gun and block royale and etc... Cannot be since they are in the legal green area. If you don't want to further support the company don't be a dumb dumb and don't buy anything and end up losing everhthing to them.

I dont think it is illegal to copy the looks or the gameplay from other games. The things im pretty sure are illegal are copying others code or using copyrighted names and such. Please note that im not actually playing the games mentioned in the Video so I have no idea wether he used such copyrighted material or not bitte as long as you dont copy code, textures or names im pretty sure it's legal Edit: If this company had stolen content from Nintendo in a way that would have allowed Nintendo to take them to court, they already would have done that. Im pretty sure they are keeping a close eye on every Pokemon clone out there. They took out some fanmade versions already if im not mistaking.
