All I can say is that Obukadde magezi era old is gold, surely I don't see anything to criticize against him. Buganda and Uganda at large we're at a roundabout i.e we're going nowhere due to bad leadership from the central government. Parliament takes a lot of money,it really needs to be reduced whatsoever.
