He is referring of course to the first recording of it with the orchestration by Shimon Cohen. The LP from 1961. It was also issued outside of Israel on the Capitol label and later on various CDs and collections.

@paininds To put facts right - 1) Esther sang 3 songs in the Israel Song Festival 1961. 2 of them won first & second prize. 2) In Poland 1962 Stav won second prize, however the orchestration of Stav won first prize by Moshe Wilenski. 3) by "Mediterranean mentality" I was referring to the same deal Nana Mouskouri suffered in Greece.... which means that megalomaniac people are telling you what you can hear and what you can't hear by means of censorship.
