Learned recently that weak cheek bones can literally cause the outer cathus to sag due to gravity. The cheek is like a shelf and the cathus is like a book. Without the shelf the book falls.

@@soufianx4936 Building the bone at this point could be too late. I might be wrong but I'm assuming by the time you end up with negative canthal tilt the tendon that supports the outer canthus has been stretched and become loose after many years of no cheek bone support. I doubt there's any exercise that can tighten it. Canthoplasty is the only way at that point.

There are plenty of studies that say that tough chewing change the shape of the maxilla, zygomatic bone and the orbitals and increase bone mass in those areas because during tough chewing we generate forces up to 110kg and with these forces you are able to change bone bone shape and increase bone mass
