I just wanted to tell you, Maria, that in 2019 I was diagnosed with stage three colon cancer. I went through 6 months of chemotherapy, 28 sessions of radiation and 4 surgical procedures. I'm an optician, and I do appreciate the research you put into this video. A lot of the stuff you said is accurate. I think I could only find a couple of places where the info was a little off, but honestly it wasn't enough to matter. I feel like most people don't put this much research into their videos, so AWESOME job!

@@Neftimoon opthamologist or optometrist. They'reboth eye doctors, one just specializes in surgery. It may vary per country, but in the US opticians are just the people who help you find glasses and order them. Half the time we aren't even certified. We can give you some advice, but that's about it. Like if you wear contacts, I would suggest taking them out until you can see a doctor.

This is special for me. My first experience of relaxation in the asmr way was with the optician, having eye tests. I soon realized that I felt the same way with the dentist. I’m not entirely positive because it’s been a while, but I definitely know that the prices of the frames are JUST for the frames, the cost for the lens is added on based on what lenses you need. Also any deals on multiple pairs is applied at checkout, the last time I got glasses I used a BOGO deal so i only paid for one pair, they’re really great about keeping you up to speed on the process and making sure everything is right with your prescription. I’m not affiliated with the company at all, they’re just based in my hometown and I’ve been using them for years :)

Ugh, the day's when you and Heatherfeather were my first asmr YTers I came across. You guys were complete novices, you know, not the most greatest quality of video but you guy's truly started to help my anxiety, insomnia and just lemme finally sleep!! I went for a real eye exam, and when I was reading the Snell chart, they made me read one line backwards. And I spelled aloud, "T-H-O-T..." I have never, EVER held back my laughter as much as I did that day.

grey roses Because the light over stimulates your optic nerve and the only way to release the pressure is to close your eyes. Since you cannot sneeze with your eyes open, viola! Optic nerve overstimulation corrected.
