Hi ya Lang and Sara. Love the southern site. We always go on pitches in the 60s, so you walked past where we pitch up. Think you will find lake 1 you can't visit because it's a nature reserve. Only thing with Southern Meadows is the wind as you found out. We have been when there's no wind and it's brilliant. Usually go with my brother and we have never had a bad time there. Also it's not far from where we live. Agree with you 100% about the shower. Same as Old Oaks in Somerset, not cheap but 5 star all the way. Thanks for showing everyone guys. Be looking at your other vlogs to find nice sites. Keep doing your great vlogs. Stay safe. ....Pete and Su....

This is without doubt the best review I have seen of EKL. I saw a review recently (from M&S) who described it as 'missing something'. I was confused, what do they expect? Dancing girls 24/7 around the sites??? We have been 6 or 7 times now including an Ed Sheeran tribute night that was fantastic. We (& our cocker spaniel Dexter) absolutely love the place. Like you say there is basically nothing not to like about it.

Hi guys, this is an amazing site we have been coming since 2010 and it has changed so much in that time! We love both north and south side we do about 4/5 trips a year a week at a time (just got back Sunday and off there again in 5 weeks 😃) to get the plots we like we book 12 to 18 months in advance (you definitely need too) Hubby is a keen fisherman so perfect for his hobby plus my nephew (also keen fisherman) and his partner come they have one of the pods PERFECT Highly recommend the burger night also the fish n chips that come on Tuesday and Wednesday (not tried pizza on Thursdays but heard very positive reviews) Enjoy your caravan and making new memories

Hi Carol. Shame I can’t attach a picture on here. So the Southern Park is first then the Northern Park, then on to the clubhouse. It is too far from either, it is also close to reception and the lodges!
