This Lamin Darboes body language suggests to me that, he came with his own pattern of answering questions. As wicked as he may be somehow, Faals job is to investigate human rights violations not his educational career, we are not all fortunate to acquire higher level of education. It very necessary..because it will make the Gambian people to know what kinds of people are holding our public office. and whether there are qualified or not...we all know that it is our duty to hold public office as far as you have got the qualifications..but things like this is undone..from the question of the lead council about their biographical education it has come to our knowledge that some people's got a job under the government has bese on favbouritism, nepotism and corruption indeed..and then this will be a point of correction to ruling government and a government in near future.

I agreed! This are simple logic basic principles. Here in UK i never learned medic, but haven't attached to the medical department for over 1yrs i eventually gained employment and today I'm amongst the most trusted Doctors without our department. You do not necessary need to past through education to learn certain things. The longer you do the job the experience you gain. That is the obvious!

One thing for sure is, you can't be a nurse or a doctor in UK without qualifications. You can as a care Assistant but there are mandatory courses you have to take. You're also encourage to do NVQ courses which is accredited in order to progress.
