Very arrogant, very rude and very proud man. I witnessed his random check point right opposite Brikama police station last year June 2020 in the morning. He abused and insulted a woman of his mum's age. He ordered cars to get into station without even asking them of their documents just because he has the authority. He collected the keys and went far away returned back in about 4 hours. Each driver has to pay him to get your key back. He is very very arrogant -- you don't want to be stopped by this man in traffic. I saw him abused his officers right in front of public which he loves. Very evil 😈
