Myieshi, this is a very good step, by step tutorial. You do a great job of explaining and demonstrating each step without rushing so we can see what you are doing and why. Please do more eyeshadow tutorials. Colorful-blue, green, purple, warm, cool, etc. how to add glitter and shine. How to work on mature eyes that have fine lines and texture. Thank you, great job! Love these videos by Sephora beauty directors. You, David and Jeffrey are my favorites!

I’m 44! Not only was this the best professional eye makeup lesson I’ve ever seen but this dear woman provided it in such a relaxed, patient way that I did not get stressed out just thinking about trying it! She explained warmly and matter-of-factly each step and why she was doing what she did...which made it all finally make sense to me! Plus, she effortlessly included so many extra tips like putting on pencil liner & your mascara before the impossible for me to use liquid liner to see better where it should go. And simply winging out the edges instead of trying to draw a straight line all the way across the eyelid w/liquid liner makes me feel like I could give the liquid liner another try and not be so nervous about the usual mess I make with it! I am going to get my stuff together and let this pro guide me through it again in the way that, clearly, only she can! Thank you so much for helping us all out! 😘

At 5:00 I like how she takes the brighter shadow, "Glistening", all the way up into the crease. Laying a lighter color in the crease, contours the eye. Then laying the darker colors in the crease on top of that, completes the contour. Excellent.
