It is in his book ( the history of the Jews. It's in this book that I came to know and instantly love this awe-inspiring people. You have no idea as to how much I came closer to this people. The fact that there is a grand piano on the stage there speaks volumes about Israel’s aspirations and freedoms as a nation. With the way popular culture in the West has become in the tiny-screen age so cheap and nasty, grim and ghastly, I suspect only a few folk in the likes of Norway, Ireland and Spain or nearly anywhere else could see the significance of that piano there. I wonder how often telephone line on-hold music is classical in Israel. And what they have for on-hold music on telephones in Yemen, Iran and so on, in the surrounding countries. When the Taliban entered Kabul in 2021, at the main hotel there, I recall the Sky news presenter relating that the hotel staff had very quickly turned off the lobby music. Such little things speak volumes.
