The LIDl you went to also definitely has a Pfand machine. Every supermarket in Germany is obliged to take back plastic bottles. Sometimes the machines are hidden or outside the shop. Just ask one of the employees if you can't find it. And happy birthday to you 🥳

I laughed at the part about the carbonated water 😂 this happened to me and my friend when we went to germany for holiday as well. we just wanted regular water, and we stood in front of the shelf for very long to figure out which is which but we couldn’t understand anything written on the bottle. in the end we still got a full litre of sparkling water 😂😂

Next time when you make pizza. Heat the pizza stone first and when it's hot, you put the cold pizza on it in the oven. Nice crispy yummy 😋

Hi eyol, just a little tip for you. If you are going to make pizza, you should put the pizza board in the oven so it can preheat with the oven. This way your pizza will be crispy at the bottom. ❤

But there is a huge store called Go Asia in Germany where you can buy all sorts of asian groceries. They do have stores as well but I don't know if there's one nearby to your place. Maybe you can check it out and stock up on some things you miss from home 😊 Also, another tip! If you go to a pharmacy, they often have "cheaper" medicine products. If you're looking for something, maybe just ask the staff to give you a cheaper alternative. I haven't had any bad experiences with it. :)

I would love to got to the Oktoberfest someday. I live in Germany but never made it. 😅 And just want to let you know, that you have to wait 15 minutes before you can say whether the covid test is positive or not. It can take some time until the second line appears. But nevertheless I hope you get well soon🥰 For the oven: the stone for the pizza is meant to be preheated in the oven and then you put the cold pizza on it. That gives it a better crust 🧡🍕 If you are looking for still water with tase try the brand volvic ☺
