It is. Easy to transport and love the different wheel inserts. Use it for both my 1/10 and 1/8 scale rides!

What ratio of water and simple green do you usually use? Do you have to worry about water getting into the foams through the hole on the inside of the wheel?

I don't normally measure - kind of eyeball it. Usually more water than Simple Green. Just don't fill it up too much - you want it to be just a TICK above the bottom brush. It only needs to 'pick' up the water, not soak it in, so the threat of water entering the tire is about zero.

It does, both buggy and truggy tires! Even tried it on my rock racing tires and it does a great job thanks to the lower brush and the ability to raise or lower it slightly!

It is nice, but I'd have to disagree that $75+ is "affordable". That's a awful lot for some a non-necessity.
