I'd want to adapt a cordless drill to it to really power wash those tires lol

Bro Just mix Dawn dish soap water and isopropyl 50:49:1 into a spray bottle. Spray it onto the tire and hit it with a brush. It actually CLEANS the rubber and wheel while removing surface debris and staining. As far as RC is concerned Simple Green only excels in non-porous plastics and metal components.
