EZ FLIP TOP for Jeep Freedom Panels Install

I bought a JEEP EZ FLIP TOP for my daughters Jeep JL at SEMA and it finally arrived. The EZ FLIP TOP allows you to open and stow your freedom tips right on the top of the Jeep. A great alternative to the Sunrider by Bestop, the EZ FlIP TOP is a really affordable and easy to install mod. Removing the freedom tops an be a pain but now it's a breeze to open them and close them quickly and easily. I have a 2020 Wrangler JLU and have the freedom tops. I thought this is a very cool item as i am 70 years old abd a hard time lifting the tops off and think this will work very well Thanks for a great video.

It is pretty nice, She likes it a lot. I usually take the sunrider off in the summer and put the freedom tops back because its just to hot here in Las Vegas not too. This makes like so much easier. Thanks for watching :-)

They recommend lacquer thinner to clean the surface not alcohol.,will not hurt the roof paint..the thinner does actually clean better.

It's not "tape" its adhesive it's better then what holds your windshield in

New subscriber. I don’t think they will fit my JT because it must be shorter than the JL.I have Clearlidz on it and rarely remove it. I would be interested to know if it works with Clearlidz. My wife takes freedom panels off her JLU all the time.

I'd like to know if the hinge can be separated? I'm just not sure if I want those permanently attached together making it heavier and more awkward to remove all 3 pieces at the same time. But if the hinge can be separated (like a pin down the middle) then I might be interested.

My daughter has had the Jeep over a year now the and the flip tops have held up well. to be fair they have been closed most of the winter but spring is here and summer is right around the corner. So far no complaints. Thanks for watching :-)
