@goalieluvr23 I would say it is best suited as a roller hockey net, but it will also work for shooting pucks for almost everyone. I have been shooting pucks daily since I got the net and it is still working great, I just added thicker along the bottom.

@websterja1 I've got a decent slapshot and wrist shot. The net is still standing, the posts have dents in them, and I needed to add extra meshing around the net because I shot so much in the same spots that it wore a hole in some spots. Stuff like that is pretty normal for the more affordable nets, if you want rink quality they are like $600 and SUPER heavy

Thanks a lot. I got a net simillar to this without instructions and had no idea how to fold it.

@MrMarthafolker yeah I am going to do an update on the net after the winter and let everyone know how well it has held up. Right now it has quite a few dents, but it is still standing and I am still using it on a regular basis.

@ChaytenHansra Thanks for your comment. On the EZ goal website you can download the manual, that might help. I put the netting on by lining up the coloured tabs (like I show in the video) then I used a few small pieces of string to hold the net in place (and my girlfriend helped) and then just tied a knot on one of the wiggly wires, then laced it through just like at 2:03

@n3xtxgam3r16 Yes, the net comes with the targets. The backstop is extra, but you will save money if you buy the net and backstop at the same time

@GUTSandDESIRE Thanks for the update! I thought they might have changed something since the review, but it is good to see you got it all put together.
@howtohockeytraining14 жыл бұрын
@BeBreezy00 That is common with any type of off ice net. It looks a little more dramatic in the video because I only showed the shots when I hit the post, and I didn't show them in the correct sequence, so that is why the net jumps around a lot :D Even with a regulation net on the ice it will move if you nail the post (and they are HEAVY) that is why they have pegs to hold the net in place.

@skylinejake I just put the link in the video description. On the page there is an option that says backstop only, sclick the dropdown menu and select "backstop with 2"" tubing folding goal. You save a lot by buying both at once (and save on shipping), and we have a coupon for $10 off (check out our website to get it)
@howtohockeytraining14 жыл бұрын
@DangleSnipp14 Just put both sides on (but not all the way) and then line them up in the middle. Then push them together as you attach the whole top piece. Pretty sure that's how I did it. If that fails, just check the manual ;) (they have one online too)

TheConsoleCommander It's just an awkward design. It's a problem everyone has. I found it's easiest to put the crooked side slightly into the back of the crossbar and then try to pull the back apart and slide them in place. It takes a bit of muscle, there's no good way to line it up.

This goal sucks I'm only 16 and my posts are completely dented all over, from shooting from about 20-30 yards, if you are going to invest in a net that u will use everyday, u should just buy a real net like at the rinks because this one dents very easily
