OMG I LOVE SABINE AND EZRA!! THEY NEED TO GET TOGETHER IN AHSOKA!! Like clearly Sabine grows feelings for Ezra…and Dave Filoni said that he intends them to be friends in THE SHOW and like ofc it makes sense that they’re friends since he disappeared…anyways I have a feeling Sabine really loves and care for him as more than a friend like she had a whole 10 YEARS to find him or return home to Mandalore with her family but no, she stays in Ezra’s home thinking about him!! I hope the Ahsoka show doesn’t disappoint

Of course they do belong together and they deserved it. Dave Filoni always play mind games to fool everybody else. They deserve a happy ending and we don’t deserve to see tragic BS… Ezra and Sabine deserve a happy ending.

I think, from the data you pull up, that I agree totally. I hadn't been sure - but yes; on reflection, I perceive the same vibes as you do. I grew, over the story of Rebels, from thinking of Ezra and a daft wee laddie who was protected by a natural Force ability from getting himself killed when he really should have been, ten times over - to respecting him mightily as a Force user and as the only person ever in the whole of Star Wars to rival Luke Skywalker in sheer heart.

Dude, man you are just made for each other, yet you two keeps things too hard. If anything, if I were you and I realized a girl like that liked me back, I'd be the happiest man in the world. Hell, she litterly risked an entire war, just to see you. Messed up, but don't tell me there wasn't love involved in you're girlfriend's bad judgement. Honestly, you should've told her the truth about how you feel about her when you sacrifised you're self to stop Thrawn (which makes more than earn than the right to get the girl), she wouldn't have gone mentel and risked the entire galaxy to find you. I think she let Ezra go because even if she deeply cares about him, she knows what Lothal means to him (since she cares the same way about Mandalor) and she knows what has to be done by Ezra for him to save his planet, the same way she was prepare to do anything to save hers.

Sabine mostly saw Ezra as a Kid in the Earlier Season but saw His Leadership as Admirable near the End. Sabine found a Deep Respect for Kanan and the Sacrifices He and Ezra had to make as Jedi. Something Only a Jedi was willing to to take and that Sabine could appreciate. After Ezra was gone and Sabine has time to reflect She Realized how much She became Attached, not in a Romantic but a Familial sense. Could that bonding turn into a Friendship or Romance is up to Filoni. I've always wanted what was Best for Sabine and If that Person is Ezra in Sabine's Eye and Heart I'm All for it. I just want My Rebels Crew All Back cause I miss them All So Much!

Yes in my opinion they were supposed to stay only friends in Rebels but there sign for a relationship in the future. Like for exemple Ezra giving his lighsaber (for a jedi his lightsaber is a part of himself) and Sabine pretty much guarding Lothal. Or even the fact that before the final battle Sabine goes join Ezra while he meditate which look a lot to Hera join Kanan in his meditation before the mission who caused his death.

I can see Ezra & Sabine together & kind of want it badly too 🥰 after everything they've been through together. Sabine arguably was the first crew member to accept Ezra on board the Ghost in Season 1. However, by the Ahsoka series, they will have been apart for quite some time & they might be very different people by then. Also, attachments for the Jedi are frowned upon, so it gets complicated. Also 'Rebels' did the romantic angle with Kanan & Hera. 🤔

Oh man. Watching this video and then actually watching their reunion in live-action during ep06 of the Ahsoka series... Makes me REALLY confused with Filoni and question his capabilities as a storyteller. What the heck are you doing bro? The reunion was too casual, too unemotional, for two people with THIS close of a relationship ( the foundation of which was laid throughout 4 seasons of Rebels ) that have been separated for 10 years - almost like they're AFRAID of showing something as fundamentally natural and beautiful as what these two have. We can only hope that it will be explored more in future media.

I like the relationship between Sabine and Ezra. While it'll never be better than the ship that is Kanan and Hera, it's still has a place in my heart, however while cute and interesting this is, I'd really wouldn't mind if these two were just plantonic and sibling-like that really makes it all better, shows that they care for one another.

@@TotallyStarWars- I could see it going either way, but as someone who has a lot family not related by blood for various reason, I know a familial bond can far exceed a romantic one. Who says a romance is "more" anyway? Star wars has always been about family, and with the high amount of romances already between leads of opposite sexes anyway, it's refreshing to see a male/female non romantic relationship. However, if wither HAD to be with someone, I'd rather it be with eachother than some random person (unless said rando had the time to truly bond with either ezra or sabine)

If that is how you feel then cool but I would love to see a romantic relationship between a Jedi and Mandalorian, since they are like ancient enemies.

@@lionbolt2136 Lol I'm so sorry I didn't phrase that well. When I meant that most protagonist opposite sex pairs fall in love, I wasn't just referring to Star Wars. Its just expected that the male and female protagonists of shows fall in love. I just like to see something different. And even in cannon, they had to make Luke and Leia siblings to explain why they wouldn't be a couple, but still have a solid connection. They can't just be friends? As for a Jedi and Mandalorian falling in love, yes I would ADORE seeing it, especially in post mandalorian purge because they would both be people's in crisis, kind of like Cal and Merrin bonding. However, I don't think it should be these two. I feel like Sabine's determination to find him because he's her ori'vod, especially after just losing Kanan, the other adopted jedi in her life, would be much more in line with her character and mandlaorian culture as a whole. I also think it would be a great contrast to Din Djarin and how he could see another Mandalorian's take on the culture and creed, dropping anything for a Jedi member of the family. Especially with their people's histories. On top of that, it feels like a romance between those two would invalidate a lot of the rest of the ghost crew and extensions like Kallus and Rex (who, as a clone, already prooves that Mando and Jedi culture are somewhat compatible). Finally, I think that a romance, forbidden or otherwise could also be executed really well in the High Republic era, where the history would center more around the conflict, since it would be more recent, and allow the pair to really have to dig deep into their cultures to find similarities. But if Sabine and Ezra do fall in love, I wouldn't be suprised, and I could easily see that connection forming over time, so long as it's not rushed or expected badly. This is only my hot take. I didn't mean to make you upset and I apologize for it

Of course not. However sabine doesn’t show Her emotions, it’s just how she is. So it’s just an important thing for their trust that she can open up and talk to ezra. Trust is one of most important things in a relationship, so by her doing something like talking to ezra about her emotions (which she doesn’t typically do.) she’s just showing her trust for him. Of course nobody knows if they’ll end up together. I was pointing out something small that could contribute.
