Let's not forget that Ezra & Sabine are quite as similar as Kanan & Hera was. As far as Dave filoni goes? He always want to play mind games. There are so many hints of Ezra and Sabine moments during the Rebel Series... and there is no question they are more than friends and more than siblings for that matter. And you can see all the missions that I can count for the past four seasons.. Ezra saved Sabine 7 times on missions in 3 seasons. And Sabine save Ezra 5 times on missions in 3 seasons. There is no question in my mind their chemistry was starting to grow stronger.. It was a slow development ...before the big thing comes around. I can't wait to see Ahsoka series if Ezra Bridger returns and reunited with Sabine once again.

With the second scene, people think it’s LIKE a date not really a date of course haha they were on a mission but they were acting like they were on a date through imperial eyes…the imperials in the building were blind since they didn’t recognize that they were rebels But yess they have so much chemistry and development!! I honestly think the scene in season 3 after the darksaber training (when Ezra goes to check on Sabine and they briefly talk about her family) is a really good scene. We see Sabine opening up to Ezra, which she didn't do with anyone previously. She also instantly regrets lashing out at Ezra after he walks away which really proves she doesn't want to hurt him in any way. Also, the scene in season 1 (I think its episode 9) When Sabine tries to convince Ezra to talk to Tseebo is really good. Ezra has pretty much no emotion because he has already accepted his parents are gone, but she clearly feels sorrowful and wants to help Ezra For the hell of it, im gonna throw in the scene when Ezra says he can always count on her. She doesnt know what hes up to, but he does and it makes the scene so much more bittersweet. also, they paint the tie fighter together, which means they probably hang out more then we know

I loved this series immensely, but I never shipped Ezra and Sabine; although, that is perhaps because I usually do not care much for couples. With regard to Kanan and Hera, too, I found more interesting how well they understood one another, and offered another perspective to one another (Hera was truly insightful when she suggested that Kanan needed to allow Sabine to 'own' the Darksaber), than any feelings of romance.

I don't care whether they're romantic or not. How many idiots at a bar just decide they like someone's superficial personality in a convo or how they look and the next day share and do whatever they're able to with each other trying to engage in what they tell themselves is romance. Romance is not higher level of relationship. Ezra and Sabine do love each other in the deepest parts of their souls. I don't think their relationship is brother or sister nor romantic. It's Ezra and Sabine. There are male/male, female/male, female/female friendships and then romances that consider themselves close but really aren't, and some that just build ultimate bonding/shared experience/trust/confidence/understanding at a multitude of deep levels that penetrate deep into their humanity. Then there are people that believe any friendship shouldn't go past a certain point(Socially/emotionally), that are only for romantic relationships. Maybe that's the case for some peoples' comfort but that's not the case for everyone. Obviously, a romance did not begin in Rebels, but I love what has occurred between Ezra and Sabine in it. I think we can only hope to have a companion/comrade/partner/soulmate in any capacity like that. What we did see is that from the very beginning Sabine and Ezra were always headed into the direction of greatness. And, Sabine and Ezra in each season, unlike their relationships with the other characters, was continually progressing as well who they are as individuals. They were both teenagers and exceptional, Ezra in the strength of his heart and Sabine in her accomplishments and tenacity. Sabine from a young age trained to be as competent a Mandalorian warrior as any, developed her skill and love as an artist, and her explosives and engineering skills. That was before she was at the imperial academy probably when she was a preteen. She built a weapon no one would've even thought of or succeeded, then channeled her tenacity into being a bounty hunter then a Rebel. But oh, all that baggage. Of the weapon and how her family viewed her. In the Mando episodes in Seasons 3 and start of Season 4, that was finally resolved and she became a courageous warrior leader as there ever has been in the universe, became far more like Hera and beyond that. Who can possibly be worthy of companionship with such a person? Enter Ezra Bridger. He also comes from truly noble parentage, his parents were the last and some of the only people to stand up to Lothal and deeply affected and "infected" him with their strong ideals. As soon as he started down the path of being a rebel, Jedi and commander, there was no doubt he would end up being the great man he ended up being. The amount of tribulations made him better than most because of it. He had that street urchin attitude, sure, as that's where he was coming from but began to leverage his strengths in their rebel missions and progress as a Padawan, which culminated in the Season 1 finale when out of EVERYONE in the Ghost Crew, even Kanan, Sabine and Zeb who had been with Kanan longer had doubts about Kanan's fate, success of the mission, and attempting it. But Ezra was calculated, and surprisingly Sabine and Zeb stepped aside and let this young one take the lead. Because he was a Jedi and taking command was important for his growth, or because he wanted it more, or because Zeb and Sabine didn't see themselves as being commanders as Rebels even though they were beyond capable of it in their homeworlds? As Season 2 occured, Ezra encountered more formidable foes, his battle experience, what he'd have to go through with the Inquisitors, being a true asset that Sabine and the other spectres looked to him as a protector, and as he voiced to Yoda that would now be fulfilled, he truly became a Protector for them at this point, and as essential a member of the team as any. BUT, all the temptations of the visions and deceitful individuals led him to experience steep consequences and learn wisdom the hard way. Many instances of this occured, and it continued with the promise of Obi Wan through Maul's deception and Hondo in Season 3 but at that point he picked up on it quickly and he fully graduated on being wiser in that respect. At the beginning in Season 3, Ezra becomes a formidable force of a warrior in his own independent right, a figure to be feared and the type of person all rebels would be in awe of to have on their team. Compare this to smooth talking Lando in Season 1 who was stagnant as who he was - superficial charm and a lying scoundrel who was never becoming anything beyond that until his moral crisis in Ep 5 and well I guess they were short on Generals. Wonder how Hera took the news and meritorious promotion? Anyway, back to Ezra. Not only as a Jedi, but as a COMMANDER, he was as effective as there's ever been, but as many before him, sought power to save his friends and only saw it in terms of a means to achieve something good, while enabling a blindspot that would sabotage everything and fall into the same trap as Anakin. Fortunately, the love and strength of his heart along with Kanan's influence pulled him back, and he was able to became a great Commander and leader the right way. With his last lesson from Obi Wan on how he does have everything and the seductive nature of promise, power, characters that assure solution but only have deceit, ulterior motives and unknown consequences - By Season 4, this sets him up as someone who has fully grown, as someone more like Kanan and then some. Wiser, spiritual, sees through people, tactical, adaptable, an effective Jedi and protector, a good Commander, noble, considerate and he leads and fights the right way. At this point with Sabine and Ezra's demons set aside and they have a sense of their place, where they need to be, made their peace and sense of their past, they have complete and utmost trust and understanding of each other. There's no one Sabine cares about outside her family more than Ezra. They do have a Rebellion to focus on, if that weren't a factor we would see some things unfold further, but in what way can't be certain. Ezra at this point has mastered detachment(Sabine is the opposite), and maturity of what the purpose they must fulfill. Some of the tells we've all heard: When Sabine holds Ezra's hand(And not the first time) as they walk out the bar was maybe a bit longer than was needed, and don't think she would have if it were Kanan and Zeb in the exact same situation. What it does illustrate is softness, concern, compassion for him. In what way I will leave unsaid. I believe it's a possibility of seeds planted that may go any way. That hug as they're being chased by Saxon - they had to take off because of their lives on the line, but would it have happened to exact same way if anyone else was there? I believe it's a representation of their specific dynamic. And that understanding, trust in their time together is represented in numerous occasions which I won't explain, but make of it as what you will. They both had tempers and damaging backstories they had to deal with and become better people because of it, and they both were there for each other, contributed in mending those wounds, and provided understanding and strengthened their bonds as a result. That is something that neither of them shared with any other character. Don't know what it is, but it's such a beautiful thing, Filoni does such a beautiful job at illustrating these types of human bonds, everything that has gone into these relationships and the deeply visceral feelings and character of the people as a result. Anakin/Ahsoka, even Hera/Kanan and Sabine/Ezra.

As I've always said before Ezra and Sabine have always had a platonic relationship going on between them. Sabine always saw Ezra as an awkward brother figure to her and they always had each other's backs. That's always been fine enough between them anyway. I've been going through Rebels again, getting prepared for "Ahsoka", and I just can't understand the "they're like siblings" fanbase. What effing show are you'll watching? Ezra CLEARLY getting jealous of Lando. Zeb is ALWAYS laughing at him when he tries to flirt with her & gets shot down. Hera clearly sees he's infatuated as well. EVERYONE but the "siblings crew" sees it. I've been going through Rebels again, getting prepared for "Ahsoka", and I just can't understand the "they're like siblings" fanbase. The fact that you didn't include when Sabine carries Ezra while using her jetpack... Bruh How did the jetpack scene from Mandalorian super-commandos not make it I couldn't imagine that Ezra leaves the ghost crew including Sabine to sacrifice himself to stop Thrawn ...saving Lothal and Survived... but I've been thinking about it after the mission when I recall years ago. I believe that Sabine went inside her room holding Ezra's lightsaber with tears... I know the feeling that she loves Ezra so much more than a friend more than a crewmate. Years later... Planet Lothal is safe.. but one person is missing. Sabine was never a quitter..she determined to find him with the help of Ahsoka. She always believes that one day she will see Ezra again. possibly the best episode of the series. Season 5 in the last episode... was emotional. That’s totally fine. Why especially this one though? Because if you have seen them but some like to ship fictional characters then they like to draw disgusting pictures of the m together I’m one of those people. XD Only I write fanfics. I don’t draw.
